Scientists have found that vitamins, minerals and other nutrients affect weight, alertness, memory, mood, and make immune system stronger. Usually we do not get the required amount of vitamins and minerals, with the usual food - even the most diverse. This is because evolution has not kept pace with technological progress. Over the past few decades, physical activity and, consequently, reduced energy consumption of an average man at times. A need for a certain amount of vitamins and minerals remain the same. Thus, in order to obtain the necessary portion of the required materials from conventional products, the average person today should eat more than necessary. Such gluttony ends with a very unpleasant consequences for the shape and health. In addition, the quality of conventional foods greatly reduced for several reasons - this is the environment, and technology of processing and storage, aimed at maximizing profit and other factors. Vital functions of the body depends on a variety of chemical reactions, which in turn depend on just entering the body of nutrients. Lack of such substances has a significant influence on these processes.
But all of the above applies to ordinary people, not just to those who want to lose weight. What can we say about the admission of vitamins in the organism of those who sit on a diet or somehow restrict yourself to food - and their health is at risk at all.
There is another important argument in favor of the use of vitamins for weight loss - when the body lacks certain nutrients, much harder to lose weight. And this is the explanation.
Consider the process of burning fat. For insulin the body needs zinc and vitamin B6. Chromium helps insulin to control glucose in the blood. For the processing of glucose into energy needed all the vitamins of group B, magnesium and vitamin C - otherwise the glucose will be processed into oil.
